zum nachrotieren habe ich vom epicski folgendes gespeichert:
"The end of the turn rotation this skier is using does reorientate the hip for the new turn, which allows a strong inside hip, knee and shoulder drive into the new turn, as is clearly evident, but my critique would be to delay the rotational reorientation untill after the start of the inside leg extension, then limit the forcing of it, and instead ski into it.
Rick; as usual I admire your insight. The move you discribe is part of WC technique and in German is called " Nachrotieren" meaning after-rotation. It goes together with an agressive lifting of the outside arm at the initiation of the turn (mostly in GS) that causes the upperbody to fall down the hill. ( I know, one can argue about this expression until the cows come home but I let it slide). The momentum of the arm movement causes the arm to swing forward toward the end of the turn in a manner that you described above." (by Fastman but I don´t have the link)
